The NCAA announced Friday morning it will release its findings, involving Syracuse's violations, at noon today.
As if the 126-day wait wasn't enough, the NCAA announced Monday morning it will release the results of its investigation into the Syracuse Orange men's basketball program at noon today. The news was first reported by Syracuse.com's John O'Brien.
The NCAA will hold a media call at 1 p.m. ET to discuss the Committee of Infractions decisions regarding SU. Britton Banowsky, the NCAA's chief hearing officer and commissioner of Conference USA, will be the person answering the questions. (Hopefully, head coach Jim Boeheim will listen in and ask a question or two.)
At this point, we still do not know what punishments the Orange will face. What we do know is SU already has self-imposed a postseason ban this season, which many have speculated is part of a plea deal with the NCAA.
But, let's be honest, what the heck do we really know anyway?
So, there you go. Judgement Day is here. Buckle your seat belts and remember we're all in this together, no matter what happens. Leaving your thoughts and prayers below.
