ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips addressed the media at the 2022 ACC Men's Basketball Tip-off on a variety of topics. One of those topics was the idea of the NCAA tournament expanding the invitees to the NCAA basketball tournaments. Commissioner Phillips spoke about how he is in favor of the expansion of all of the NCAA championships, but he also talked about the logistics that come with the potential change.
