#13 NC State
#16 Miami
#17 Pittsburgh
#19 Wake Forest
That’s more teams in the top 20 than the Big 10 (4), SEC (3), Big 12 (4), Pac 12 (3). For the maligned football conference, it’s excellent news to start the season. 25% of the top 20 are ACC football teams.
