Virginia Tech defeated Clemson on Sunday night in the only matchup of the day. Once again, Seth Allen provided the late game heroics for Virginia Tech knocking down a big 3 and Clemson simply couldn't get stops when they needed them most.
Tonight, Duke hosts NC State in a matchup of in-state teams. Duke is coming off of a game against Miami where they played at least a half of decent defense, but Dennis Smith Jr should provide an interesting test for a team that has struggled to defend ball screens. An interesting item to follow is Duke's starting lineup. Will the Blue Devils start the same lineup, without Grayson Allen and Luke Kennard, that started the 2nd half against Miami?
