Virginia Tech vs. Boston College: The Boston College Eagles got a much needed home win over Virginia Tech. 61-56. The Eagles trailed at the half, but outscored the Hokies 35-25 in the second stanza to come away with the win. Jarius Hamilton led all scorers with 23 points on 7-of-11 shooting. Hamilton also pulled down 8 rebounds for the Eagles. Freshman Jay Heath played well, making big plays at key times and finishing with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Landers Nolley scored 15 points to lead the Hokies in the loss.
