The Wolfpack survived a pesky Louisiana Tech squad and got a 30-20 victory at home. State QB Grayson McCall left the game and true freshman CJ Bailey delivered when they needed him most. His 1-yard rush TD with 7:21 left in the game would prove to be enough to seal the deal. He also finished 13 of 20 from the pocket for 156 yards. KC Concepcion hauled in 8 receptions for 25 yards, running back Raphael Kendrick paced the rushing attack with 63 yards and a score for NC State. The Wolfpack defense held Louisiana Tech to 3 points in their final 5 drives.
