The Clemson Tigers welcomed Stanford to Death Valley with an unhospitable 40-14 win over the Cardinal. Cade Klubnik continued his hot play by throwing for 255 yards and 4 touchdowns and rushing for another touchdown in the win. Wide receiver Bryant Wesco Jr. led the way with 104 yards receiving and a touchdown. Clemson intercepted three Stanford pass attempts. Stanford was led by running back Micah Ford who rushed 15 times for 122 yards in the loss.
