The Seminoles got back on track with a 77-64 win over the Green Wave in the Orange Bowl Classic. Florida State scored 16 points off of 14 forced turnovers, and their defense held Tulane to just 33.9% shooting for the game. Jamir Watkins was the star of the game for Florida State, scoring 29 points and going 19-23 from the free throw line. Watkins also had five assists, four rebounds, a block, and an assist. Malique Ewin had 10 points and eight rebounds. Jerry Deng added 13 points, two rebounds, and two assists. For Tulane, Kaleb Banks scored 33 points and grabbed 16 rebounds.
