The Wolfpack trailed for the majority of the second half, but DJ Horne's runner with 9.8 seconds left defeated the Tigers 78-77. NC State shot the ball 56.0% in the second half of the game. Horne scored a game-high 27 points, hitting five three-pointers and making 10-20 from the field. DJ Burns Jr. had 14 points, four assists, and three rebounds. For Clemson, Joseph Girard III scored 17 of his 23 points in the second half. PJ Hall added 18 points and seven rebounds.
