North Carolina vs. Clemson: The North Carolina Tar Heels were tested by the Tigers in Clemson, but ultimately they came away with the 81-79 win. Down by two with the ball, the Tigers had a chance to tie or take the lead but they were unable to get off a clean shot against the UNC defense. Coby White and Cam Johnson each hit six 3-pointers for the Tar Heels, who as a team made 13 in the game. Freshman Coby White led UNC in scoring with 28 points to go along with his 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals. Cam Johnson added 19 points and Luke Maye recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Clemson was once again led in scoring by Marquise Reed, who scored 24 points.
