The new Wake Forest head football coach shared his vision on the future of the Demon Deacons' program during his introductory press conference as the next Deacs' head coach. Dickert referenced the kind of staff he will work on putting together, the kind of student-athlete he plans to recruit and develop and how he plans to help those "championship men" become champions at everything they do both on and off the field. Wake's new head man detailed the standard of "delivering your best" that he introduced to his new team and talked about the promises that he made to the team in their first meeting.
