The legacy continues.
Wake Forest got a head start on the 2016 recruiting class on Friday night when they received a verbal commitment from Brandon Childress. Brandon is the son of Wake Forest basketball legend and assistant coach Randolph Childress. He is a 6'0" 170 pound point guard who is a lights out 3-point shooter.
I am proud to announce that I have committed to play at Wake Forest University #GODEACS

Brandon attends Wesleyan Christian Academy in High Point, North Carolina, which is the same high school that fellow Wake Forest prospects Harry Giles and Kwe Parker attend. Blogger So Dear observed Childress at the NC Top 80 event in March and came away very impressed. He is a tough defender and has good court vision in addition to a pure jumper. He should be able to come in and support Bryant Crawford.
Please join Blogger So Dear in welcoming Brandon to Wake Forest!
