Former University of North Carolina Tar Heels forward Tony Bradley Jr. is already getting a taste of what Salt Lake City has to offer.
Bradley Jr. was selected by the Utah Jazz with the 28th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft last Thursday, after the team made a trade to acquire the pick from the Los Angeles Lakers.
He became the second Tar Heels player to be selected in the first round, following Justin Jackson who went 15th overall to the Sacramento Kings.
On Wednesday night, Bradley not only attended the Salt Lake Bees game but he also threw out the first pitch for the Los Angeles Angels Triple A affiliate.

Not bad for the rookie who spent just one season at the University of North Carolina. Bradley opted to stay in the 2017 NBA Draft after not signing an agent initially.
He will participate on the Jazz’s Summer League team which will tipoff in July.
The 6-foot-10 Bradley Jr. was one of the best offensive rebounders in all of college basketball during the 2016-17 season, helping lead the Tar Heels to their sixth national championship.
Bradley was the first UNC player to be “one-and-done” since Brandan Wright left after his freshman year in 2007. Wright was selected No. 8 overall in the 2007 NBA Draft.
