Danny Manning did it again.
The Wake Forest basketball staff received excellent news this morning when Doral Moore verbally committed to the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Moore is a consensus 4-star prospect, who is the 48th best prospect in the country according to Rivals. Moore is a long and athletic big man, who is an excellent shot blocker and athlete. His post game is developing, and who better to help him develop than Danny Manning?
Woke up to a text from Doral Moore. He has verbally committed to Wake Forest. Danny Manning reels in a big one there. Mobile and skilled.

From everything I saw this summer, Doral Moore was Danny Manning's number one priority. Manning was there for nearly all of Moore's AAU games, and that kind of dedication and relationship building has paid off with a commitment from the 7-footer.
The 2015 recruiting class was so critical to Wake Forest's success moving forward and Manning and his staff have done an outstanding job. Moore will join Crawford, who is an outstanding 4-star point guard from Washington D.C. Both have very legitimate chances to step in and start next season. This team now is set up to make the NCAA Tournament in the spring of 2016.
At this point, unless there is a transfer, all 13 of Wake Forest's scholarships are now tied up for next season. However, if Wake is able to land a commitment from fellow 4-star big John Collins, I believe we could take him.
This is a fantastic day to be a Demon Deacon. We're going to be good again. Go Deacs!
