Duke won the only game on Tuesday night, taking care of Clemson 68-40. Read the recap here. The big news from Duke's win was Ryan Kelly didn't play in the 2nd half due to a foot injury. It is the same foot that Kelly hurt last season and aggravated over Christmas break. In my opinion, Ryan Kelly is likely Duke's most important player on both ends. Kelly stretches defenses on offense, helps break the press, can handle the ball and make free throws late in the game among other things on offense. His defensive versatility and capabilty have just started to get recognized this season. Duke is expecting to have the test results on Kelly's foot this morning. Stay tuned.
Tonight, there are 4 ACC games on the schedule. Check out the previews for more on those games.
I made my debut on #ACCLive yesterday, so make sure to check it out below as well. I'm on at the 12:40 mark talking about how difficult it is for ACC teams to win their conference road opener.
