Might I interest you in yet another five-star transfer portal commitment?
Pat Kelsey landed his third monster addition of the week when Virginia’s Isaac McKneely announced on Thursday that he will play the 2025-26 season for Louisville.

One of the highest-ranked players available in the portal, McKneely had drawn significant interest from Tennessee and North Carolina, among many others, before ultimately committing to U of L.
McKneely led Virginia in scoring last season at 14.4 points per game. He ranked first in the ACC in three-point percentage (42.1%) and second in made three-pointers per game (3.2), trailing only Louisville’s Reyne Smith. The 6’4 junior guard was an honorable mention All-ACC performer who scored 20 or more points eight time on the season and dropped a season-high 27 points in UVA’s season-ending loss to Georgia Tech in the ACC Tournament.
McKneely joins fellow guards Adrian Wooley from Kennesaw State and Ryan Conwell from Xavier to form the nucleus of what will almost certainly wind up being one of the best transfer portal classes in the entire country.
The bar was always going to be raised for year two, and Kelsey and his staff are out there doing everything in their power to make sure they have the roster necessary to clear that bar.
And there’s still plenty more to come.
