Thursday was another great day of ACC basketball, wasn't it?
UNC opened up the day getting a few early punches from Pitt but ultimately winning comfortably down the stretch. Duke was up 16 on Notre Dame before foul trouble and tired legs got the best of them. Notre Dame turned things around completely to force OT and ultimately prevail. In the evening session, neither Virginia or Miami had too much trouble with Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech, respectively.
That gives us the top 4 seeds in the ACC Tournament Semifinals tonight. While that seems like it would be a fairly common occurrence, its the first time that its happened since 2008. Tonight should be fun.
