At the 2024 ACC Kickoff, the ACC Digital Network talked with Cal Head Coach Justin Wilcox and quarterback Fernando Mendoza about Cal's move to the ACC. They talked about how excited they were to play in the new stadiums and new environments and the exposure that the Golden Bears will get playing in the conference. They also wanted to make sure the ACC fans know that Cal is one of the most prestigious universities in the country, that it is rich in football history and that the Golden Bears are looking to awaken a sleeping giant on the football field this season.
