Speaking at the 2024 ACC Kickoff event, Cal quarterback Fernando Mendoza talked about how not only the momentum of a 3-game winning streak to close out last season, but the team chemistry that he's seen grow this offseason makes him and his teammates optimistic as they prepare for their first season playing in the ACC.
