After trailing 20-0 midway through the 3rd Quarter, the Duke Blue Devils turned it around and earned a come-from-behind victory, 21-20 over rival North Carolina in Durham. Duke running back Star Thomas carried the ball 30 times for 166 yards and a touchdown, and caught 2 passes for 45 yards and another touchdown to lead the offense. Blue Devils quarterback Maalik Murphy threw for 209 yards and a touchdown for Duke. Wide receiver Jordan Moore led Blue Devils receivers with 80 yards in the game. UNC quarterback Jacolby Criswell threw for 251 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 26 more. Running back Omarion Hampton rushed for 103 yards for the Tar Heels, and wide receiver J.J. Jones led UNC with 89 yards receiving and a touchdown.
