What is it with Duke University surgeons…are they getting paid by the player?
Josh Hairston becomes the fourth Blue Devil to go under the knife since the end of the 2012-13 season. He joins Ryan Kelly, Seth Curry and Marshall Plumlee.
Hairston had surgery to repair ligament damage in his right thumb. He hurt the finger back in February during practice. He’s expected to miss six-eight weeks, which shouldn’t be a big deal for the soon-to-be senior.
