The Virginia Tech Hokies started out the game on fire, built a big lead and then held off a hard-charging Florida State Seminoles team on their way to a 76-66 win in Tallahassee. Jaydon Young scored all 9 of his points as he helped the Hokies build a 20-point halftime lead. Tobi Lawal led all scorers with 17 points and led all rebounders with 13 boards while Jaden Schutt added 15 points and Mylyjael Poteat added 9 points for Mike Young's club in the win.
