The Deacs will play at either 7PM on ESPN2 or 7:30 on ESPNU.
Wake Forest has a bye this week to help it get prepared for the triple-option attack of Georgia Tech, and good thing too, because the game will be played in primetime on national television.

This will be a rare conference night game for Wake Forest, and will be the third straight game to appear nationally on the ESPN family of networks.
Georgia Tech takes on Miami this weekend in Coral Gables in a critical Coastal Division game before hosting Wake Forest on October 21st. The following week the Yellow Jackets will play at Clemson, so the potential for a trap game against Wake is certainly there.
Tech is currently ranked 23rd in the S&P Rankings, and sit at 3-1, with its only loss coming in the season opener to Tennessee.
Wake Forest is 34th in S&P at 4-2, and it’s nice to see that even though the name brand recognition may not be there yet, the people making decisions for television broadcasts realize that these two teams are both pretty good.
A spread on the game will be released next Sunday.
