Wake laid the egg on Wednesday night losing by 9 to a decent Richmond team. The Deacs simply couldn't get stops against a Richmond team that posted an offensive efficiency of 130. Throw in a 19-33 night from the free throw line for Wake Forest and you are destined to lose. The good news though is that NC State, UNC, and Virginia Tech all picked up wins.
