The big story on Sunday was UNC beating #3 Louisville 93-84 in a game that caught everyone off guard. UNC is coming off two games where they struggled against Holy Cross and lost to Belmont, but the Heels played extremely well on Sunday. Marcus Paige asserted himself offensively and made it clear that this is his team.
The other story is Duke nearly losing to Vermont at home. Vermont had lost their last 3 games coming into Durham, but the Blue Devil defense is as stout as a wet paper bag so far this season. Duke's defensive efficiency dropped to 108 on the season. The only way you enjoyed the Blue Devils performance is if you're playing fantasy basketball because offense abounded.
