On Thursday evening, Syracuse blitzed a Demetrius Jackon-less Notre Dame squad 81-66. The final score is pretty indicative of how this one went as the Orange led by double-figures pretty much the entire way. Trevor Cooney led Syracuse with 22 points while Gbinije, Lydon, and Richardson each scored 15 points. VJ Beachem led the Irish with 22 points. 'Demetrius Jackson sat out with a hamstring injury.
