On Wednesday night, Duke topped Wake Forest 91-75 and Pittsburgh beat Georgia Tech 89-84. Wake Forest gave Duke a tough game, but the Blue Devils were too much for Wake to match the final several minutes of the game. I tweeted this out late in the game, and several were in agreement...
Wake Forest still hasn't learned how to finish games. Honestly have to point to Manning for continued failure late in games.

The interesting thing is a relative of one Wake Forest player (who got quality minutes against Duke), liked this tweet. Just goes to show there is an interesting dynamic that coaches deal with. While Danny Manning has received positive reviews for the most part this season, there is clearly another step that this Wake Forest team has to take. Is it the players failure to execute or is it Manning pushing the wrong buttons? One more tweet from me that should point to my opinion on the question.
There's a time for a coach to shorten his bench. Manning played Wilbekin and Crawford for a combined 46 mins, they scored 1 point.
