On Sunday, Pitt outplayed Duke and Virginia Tech picked up a win over Wake Forest.
Pitt followed the template Louisville set last weekend and used their depth and experience to play Duke physically. Duke simply didn't compete and Mike Krzyzewski said after the game his team played with no emotion. For Pitt, it was the signature win the Panthers really needed to make a case for a NCAA Tournament bid.
Virginia Tech beat Wake Forest on senior night in Winston-Salem. Devin Thomas and Codi Miller-McIntyre couldn't pull out the victory in their final game in the Joel. Buzz Williams got key stretches from Seth Allen, Justin Robinson, and Justin Bibbs to beat the Deacs. The win assures that Virginia Tech will get a first round bye in the ACC Tournament.
Tonight, we have one game on the ACC Schedule as UNC hosts Syracuse. The Heels are coming off of a road loss at Virginia while Syracuse comes back after beating NC State on Saturday. Check out links, previews, and more below.
