On Monday, one ACC coach departed, the players testing the NBA waters increased, and Georgia Tech moved on in the NIT.
Pitt and Jamie Dixon made it official on Monday afternoon, Dixon is headed to TCU. So, who's next? Coaches with local ties should get the first look. If I'm Pitt, I'm targeting Dayton's Archie Miller, or maybe even Arizona's Sean Miller if he's willing to listen.
Also on Monday, FSU's Malik Beasley joined Clemson's Jaron Blossomgame and NC State's Cat Barber as ACC players testing the NBA waters. A change in rules allows players to assess their draft stock and decide to return to school.
On the court, Georgia Tech rolled past South Carolina with a 17 point road win. Brian Gregory's team advances to take on San Diego State on Wednesday night.
