UNC defeated Notre Dame and NC State picked up a win at Pitt on Monday night.
North Carolina led Notre Dame big at halftime, but the Irish came out hitting the 3 early in the 2nd and UNC won their second consecutive close game. Marcus Paige blocked Eric Atkins on Notre Dame's final possession where the Irish had a chance to tie.
For NC State, the story was TJ Warren who scored 41 of NC State's 74 points to lead the Pack past Pitt 74-67. The loss for Pitt moves them closer to the bubble. The Panthers play at Clemson to close their regular season and will play on Thursday in the ACC Tournament. Two more losses and Pitt may find themselves sweating on Selection Sunday.
