Florida State announced on Tuesday that rising senior guard Benji Bell will be granted his release to transfer from the Seminoles program.
In the 2015-2016 season, Bell saw action in 33 total games, averaging just over 10 minutes per game. Stat wise, he averaged 3.8 points per game, shot 39 percent from the field, knocked down 23 3-pointers, averaged 1.0 rebound, recorded 29 assists and 10 steals for the Seminoles.
He was once at Northwest Florida State Junior College, where he helped the Raiders to a junior college national championship.
