Texas State vs. Boston College: Kicker Aaron Boumerhi calmly kicked a 36-yard field goal with 3 seconds remaining to give the Eagles a 24-21 win over Texas State on Saturday. BC trailed by 14 points in the 2nd half before rallying to win Jeff Hafley's first home game as Boston College head coach. Phil Jurkovec finished the game with 210 passing yards and a touchdown pass as well as two rushing scores on the day. The Eagles are now 2-0 on the season and are scheduled to take on North Carolina next.
