Coach K has announced that Duke has canceled their trip to the Dominican Republic. Krzyzewski will have knee replacement surgery in the upcoming days.

Another surgery for Krzyzewski has to give Duke fans a reason for concern about their fearless leader.
Coach K missed seven games last season after undergoing surgery on his back. The knee replacement will be the sixth surgery that Coach K, who turned 70 in February, will have undergone in the last 16 months.
It remains to be seen if Krzyzewski can return in time for the season.
