Yahoo Sports is reporting that Frank Jackson will not return to Duke.
Duke freshman point guard Frank Jackson will hire an agent and remain in the 2017 NBA draft, league sources told The Vertical.
Jackson is participating in the NBA draft combine in Chicago.
He plans to sign with agent Kevin Bradbury of BDA Sports Management, sources said.
Without Jackson, the Duke staff will turn their focus to Trevon Duval who is Duke's top recruiting target at the moment. If Duval spurns Duke, we may see more of the Grayson Allen point guard experiment in Durham. Recent point guard commit, Jordan Goldwire, was brought in as a lead guard for Duke's second five and isn't expected to get significant minutes next season.
