Florida State broke away from Vermont late in the second half to earn a win in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, 76-69. Terance Mann scored 17 of his 19 points after halftime and the 'Noles set a program record with their 28th win of the season. Vermont hit 16 three-pointers, shooting 50% from behind the arc.
