Unless something changes dramatically, that is...
Last week, Syracuse Orange head basketball coach Jim Boeheim played the role of celebrity bartender at Krebs in Skaneateles (pronounced skinny-atlas for non-locals) to help support the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. Before that event kicked off last week — which assuredly had to be a great time with Boeheim behind bar — Jim teamed up with Daniel Baldwin on the airwaves.
Of course, last season Syracuse was strapped for depth and Boeheim was forced to play Frank Howard and Tyus Battle just about every minute available. This year the backcourt is replete with guards, including the two aforementioned upperclassmen, a healthy Howard Washington, now eligible Elijah Hughes and incoming freshmen Jalen Carey and Buddy Boeheim.
With all the depth, would it make sense to redshirt one of the guards? Apparently not, says Jim:

It would stand to reason that Frank and Tyus would suck up most of the minutes at guard, leaving Jalen to pick up the scraps. Elijah will most likely get the majority of his playing time at the small forward spot.
With those things considered, electing not to redshirt Buddy or Howard Washington is nothing if not interesting.
Boeheim also noted that Bourama Sidibe had surgery and looks good. So as for now, a redshirt seems to be off the table for anyone on the roster. Things are subject to change, but barring an unforeseen circumstance it isn’t likely that anyone will redshirt.
