In the final regular season game of the season, the Golden Bears and Fighting Irish played a memorable four overtime thriller. Notre Dame eventually came out on top 112-110. Before fouling out in the fourth overtime, Notre Dame's Markus Burton scored an ACC season-high 43 points on 13-26 shooting with four made three-pointers. 43 points was also a Notre Dame record for points in an ACC conference game. After Burton left the game, it was Matt Allocco who stepped up for Notre Dame, hitting three three-pointers in the fourth overtime, including the game winner. Allocco finished the game with 24 points on 9-18 shooting. For Cal, freshman Jeramiah Wilkinson scored a career-high 38 points with five made three-pointers. Andrej Stojakovic added 21 points, six blocks, five rebounds, and three assists before fouling out.
