The Pitt Panthers finished their out-of-conference schedule with a 110-78 victory over the visiting Bearkats. Pitt's Jaland Lowe became the first Panthers player to have double-doubles in back-to-back games since Tray Woodall in the 2011-12 season. Lowe finished the game with 18 points and 11 assists. Zach Austin and Ishmael Leggett each scored 23 points in the game. Austin had five made three-pointers and five rebounds. Leggett also had five rebounds, three assists, and a block. Cameron Cohen added 16 points and six rebounds. Sam Houston's Cameron Huefner scored 26 points.
