The SMU Mustangs earned their first-ever conference road win as a member of the ACC by beating the Boston College Eagles, 103-77. Matt Cross got things going in the first half, scoring 17 of his team-high 20 points before the break. Kevin "Boopie" Miller had a fantastic game, scoring 18 points and dishing out 8 assists in the win. SMU held a 7-point lead at halftime and outscored the Eagles 56-27 after the break. Donald Hand Jr. scored 22 points and Dion Brown added 20 points for BC in a losing effort.
