2016 5-star target Tyus Battle will officially visit Syracuse on May 22-24, multiple sources have confirmed.
After Jim Boeheim and Mike Hopkins conducted an in-home visit with Tyus Battle last month, Battle and Syracuse were yet to schedule an official visit. That changed Tuesday morning.

Tyus Battle has set his official visit date to Syracuse University, which will take place May 22-24. The news was first reported by Adam Zagoria of SNY.tv.
Battle will visit the University of Michigan this Thursday-Saturday, and follow it up with Syracuse the following weekend.
Despite SU's recent offer-spree, Tyus has remained the top priority for the class of 2016.
Battle announced roughly a month ago his final eight schools were Connecticut, Duke, Kentucky, Louisville, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Syracuse. He has already officially visited Duke and Louisville, and now has Michigan and Syracuse scheduled.
It's unknown if Tyus will take his fifth official visit, but if he does, he would choose between Ohio State, Kentucky and Connecticut.
One source told NunesMagician.com that a fifth visit may not be necessary, depending on how these next two officials go.
Gary Battle has reiterated several times that a commitment could come at anytime. After SU's in-home visit last month, Battle said he'd like to see his son wrap this up sooner rather than later.
