The ACC had two teams in action last night and both managed to win, although in two completely different ways.
Miami didn't exactly have the NFL odds when the Broncos played the Jaguars, but they still were expected to win. Instead, Miami went to Overtime for the second straight game. There are a lot of concerns for the Canes, but Rion Brown and Donnavan Kirk aren't one of them. Both players have shined in the first two games, and Kirk in particular was great posting a double-double on Monday night.
In the other game, Georgia Tech handled Delaware State fairly easily 68-50. The Yellow Jackets moved to 2-0 on the season. Brian Gregory has put together a team with enough experience and athleticism that could rise to the top third of the ACC if things fall the right way.
