3. UNC (2-0) The Tar Heels needed a interception in the end zone to defeat San Diego State.
4. Duke (2-0) The Blue Devils used a balanced attack to beat Troy.
5. Louisville (2-0) The Cardinals put up 325 yards on the ground in routing Murray State.
6. Virginia Tech (2-0) The Hokies defense rattled a freshman quarterback in his second start in a big game.
7. Pittsburgh (2-0) James Conner has been the most impressive player in the league so far.
8. Georgia Tech (2-0) The Yellow Jackets scored the final 24 points in their win over Tulane.
9. Virginia (1-1) The Cavs won for the first time in 350 days.
10. Miami (1-1) Brad Kaaya has thrown four interceptions in his first two games.
11. Boston College (1-1) The run defense failed to show up against Pitt.
12. Syracuse (1-0) The Orange had an early bye week.
13. NC State (2-0) They haven't been pretty, but the Wolfpack are getting wins.
