It's the game of the year in college football so far, and now we have an opening line.
The Clemson Tigers have opened as a 3-point favorite for Saturday's colossal 8 p.m. tilt against fellow unbeaten Louisville. ABC has the coverage, and ESPN's "College GameDay" made the official announcement Sunday morning that it will be in town as well.
The game figures to be the first meeting between two top five teams during the 2016 season.
If the spread holds, it will be the first time this season that Louisville has entered a game as an underdog. The Cards were slight dogs the whole week leading up to the Sept. 17 game against Florida State, but were bet up to be a slight favorite just before kickoff.
Louisville and Clemson have met just twice, with the Tigers pulling out narrow victories (23-17 in 2014 and 20-17 in 2015) in each of the past two seasons.
