Duke's AJ Griffin had quietly been a big factor in Duke's success this season up until his remarkable debut in the rivalry with North Carolina. Griffin scored a career-high 27 points on 11-of-17 shooting, leading the Blue Devils to a rout of the Tar Heels. For the season, the freshman is averaging 9.5 points per game and is shooting an ACC leading 49% from three-point range.
