Notes
- Notre Dame gave Pitt a tough one in their Thursday matchup.
- It took 200 sims between Virginia and Maryland before there was at least a 1 point margin of victory. In those 200 sims, Virginia was 105-95. The game went into OT 5% of the time.
- Syracuse only won 52% of simulations over NC State.
- Given Friday's sims, several of those matchups could go the other way based on a number of factors. As much as we want to see the top 4 seeds matchup on Saturday, it seems unlikely.
- Duke won 62% of sims over Virginia in the championship. The sims did have an Overtime rate at 5%. Duke also had a blowout win rate of nearly 10%.
