U of L has announced that senior forward JJ Traynor reinjured his shoulder during Friday’s practice and will miss the remainder of the 2023-24 season.

Traynor was having the most productive season of his college career to date, averaging 10.1 points and 4.6 rebounds per game through the season’s first eight contests. He has not played since Louisville’s loss at Virginia Tech on Dec. 8.

In addition to the Traynor news, U of L also announced sophomore guard Tre White (groin) and sophomore forward/center Emmanuel Okorafor (ankle) are both still unavailable for Saturday afternoon’s home game against Pitt.

The fun rolls on.
