The Cardinal avoided a home upset and defeated the visiting Wolfpack, 74-73. Stanford trailed for most of the first half, before taking a nine-point lead with 8:30 left in the 2nd half. However, with 17 seconds left in the game, Stanford trailed by one until Oziyah Sellers drove the length of the court for the go-ahead basket. NC State had a shot to win the game, but Trey Parker's corner three-pointer was halfway down before it rimmed out for the Cardinal's win. Maxime Raynaud got his 20th double-double of the season by scoring 25 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. 21 of those 25 points were scored in the second half. Sellers added 12 points. Freshman Trey Parker had the best game of his young NC State career, scoring a career-high 19 points and dishing out five assists. Dontrez Styles scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
