Puma Pass and TuTu Atwell were apparent standouts.

Louisville held its second scrimmage of the summer on Saturday, and Scott Satterfield talked with the media afterward about what went down.
Quick summary:
—This week’s scrimmage looked better than last week’s.
—Puma Pass in particular showed improvement, which was encouraging. His decision-making was much better and he was a lot more accurate. There were two mental errors that stood out, but other than that he did a great job.
—Evan Conley is still struggling a little bit just because he’s young. There’s a lot being thrown at him right now. Usually with guys who just got on campus, you slow things down. With him, we’ve actually sped it up just because we need to. He shows sparks where he makes great plays, but he’s got to do a better job with his decision making.
—Wide receivers also stepped up. TuTu Atwell had two touchdown catches. He really had a great scrimmage.
—Ran the football better overall this week than a week ago.
—The second team defense played very well. The twos were probably the best unit on that side of the ball.
—Hard to tell if tackling was improved. We’ll have to look at the film.
—I’ve talked about it a ton, but we’ve got a lot of work to do, especially when it comes to developing depth.
—First team offensive line protected better this week. It was a definite improvement over last week.
—We’ve been moving Cole Bentley around a little bit. We’re trying to get seven guys that we feel really comfortable with.
—Malik Cunningham did not play today. He’s really improving, but he’s still day-to-day. There’s no set timetable for his return. His absence has been a blessing in disguise for Evan, who’s getting a lot more reps right now.
—Red zone defense was better today, but still not where we need it to be.
—We got the young running backs a bunch of reps today and Hassan Hall got less. We’re trying to see which one of the young guys are going to be able to help us, and we also wanted to take some hits off of Hassan.
—Ran around 90 plays today.
—A couple guys got dinged up today, but don’t think it’s anything serious. Health wise, we’re about where we expected to be.
