Did you forget UNC hadn't filled the offensive coodinator slot since Seth Littrell left to become the head coach at North Texas? Join the club.
UNC has announced that OL coach Chris Kapilovic has been promoted to offensive coordinator and QB coach Keith Heckendorf will now be the passing game coordinator.

Kapilovic becomes the third offensive coordinator during Larry Fedora's tenure. Blake Anderson arrived with Fedora from Southern Miss and led the offense for two seasons before taking the head coaching job at Arkansas State. Fedora then hired Indiana OC Seth Littrell who has had the reins for the past two seasons. Littrell was tapped to take the head job at North Texas leaving a vacancy.
Kapilovic is Fedora's longest tenured assistant having been with the Tar Heel coach for eight years. No word at this point if Fedora intends to make additional hires to account for the shift in responsibilities for Kapilovic and Heckendorf.
It should be noted that Fedora is still very much involved in the offense which probably softens the impact of changing offensive coordinators three times in five years. Since Kapilovic has been with Fedora through both his head coaching tenure, he is well versed in the offense making for an easier transition to the coordinator role.
