Virginia Tech vs. Miami: The Hokies stunned the Hurricanes, 71-70 in Coral Gables. With Virginia Tech down by two with 17.8 seconds left, Hunter Cattoor tipped the Miami inbounds pass, and the ball bounced right to Darius Maddox who made a step-back three-pointer which would be the game winner. Virginia Tech ended the game on a 12-3 run. Keve Aluma led Virginia Tech with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Sean Pedulla added 17 points. For Miami, Kameron McGusty had 15 points, four steals, three rebounds, and three assists. Miami lost despite stealing the ball 15 times and scoring 25 points off turnovers.
